Information

  • Materials
    For this Strawberry Daifuku workshop, we will provide mochi skins and red bean paste (one type only).
    To help everyone create beautiful, well-proportioned daifuku, please bring your own strawberries.

  • Suggested:

  1. 2-3 fresh strawberries (adjust according to number of participants and portions. No frozen ones).

  • Note

  1. The red bean paste is made with cultured butter and is not suitable for vegans.​

  2. Vegans are welcome to bring their own fillings to join the fun.

  3. Please bring two clean lunch boxes and a digital scale.

Please complete your Swish payment within 24 hours to reserve your spot.
