The class is in a small group, so that your child has more opportunities to interact with the other children and the teacher in Mandarin.
It is child-centered learning. The course content is based on children's personality and interest.
The classroom teaching philosophy is integrated with a Monterssori approach. Your child does not only learn Mandarin, but also developes motor skills, problems solving abilities and builds self-confidence.
The teacher incooperates sensories play in the classroom. Your child not only learns the language, but also developes his/her creativity.
Children love to play. Through sensory play activities with our excellent teacher your child will improve their language as well as their attention abilities.
I recommend Tizzy's Toddler Class warmly. Tizzy and Inan's teaching methods let children have fun while learning Mandarin. This kind of teaching approach is very important because they know how to help children learn Mandarin easily.
The course content and classroom activities are similar with what children do at primary schools, but it's in Mandarin. They use "learn through play" to guide children to learn Mandarin. Our son always talks about what happened at the school and look forward to playing with the other children at Tizzy's school.
Hi, I am Inan！
Cognitive and language development in early childhood go hand in hand. Languages is the connection between the world and internal senses for children.
There are four Swedish words that can summerize my teaching philosophy: utforska (explore), medforskande (co-discovering), tillgänglighet (accessibility), glädje (joy).
Utforska (explore) - Toddlers use their senses and body to explore the world around them.
Medforskande (co-discovering) - The teacher is a companion on the journey.
Tillgänglighet (accessibility) - All exploration methods and tools are available.
Glädje (joy) - Borrowing the words from the teacher Joey Chen: "If children are happy while learning Mandarin, their Mandarin learning can be much more productive."
Illness & Makeup Lessons
If your child misses three classes due to illness, an extra class can be arranged by the teacher after the course ends. (The time and the type of the makeup lesson will depend on your child’s learning situation.)
If half of the children call in sick on the same day, the class will be postponed and will be held at a later date.
If your child needs to call in sick, please inform the school at least two hours before the class starts.
In the event of force majeure, the school will arrange a makeup class at a later date.
